ELIGIBILITY 

  • Participation is reserved exclusively for people aged 18 and over physically located in the province of Quebec at the time of ticket purchase.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

  • Visits tickets will be sold through an online sales platform (5050.rocketlaval.com), administered by Foundation employees, as well as by benévoles lors des matchs at Place Bell.

  • Participants who purchase their tickets in person at Rocket Lavalthe Laval Rocket will receive a printed ticket indicating thes numbers associated with the tickets purchased. Participants who purchase their tickets via the online online rewill receiveby e-mail, an stub éwith the numbers associated with the package purchased.  

  • Ticket packages for each draw are available online. A package of'un (1) ticket for ten dollars (10 $) is offered exclusively atsales made in person through an arena volunteer. 

  • All individualindividual ticket numbers corresponding to the purchase are simultaneously recorded and grouped together in a single draw electronic of the winning numberusing d'a random number generators. 

  • For certain specially identified prints, an early bird prize is offered, in additioncash grand prize of the prize draw. All early bird prize will be detailed on the online sales platform website and will be drawn drawn three (3) hours before the start time of the next Rocket de Laval Laval Rocket home game. Tll tickets sold by the deadline give access to the l'prizes offered in this draw. The winners ofu early bird prize retain their eligibility for the grand prize silvert.

  • Each participant must provide his or her contact information purchase tickets and be eligible for the draw.  

  • Larticipants are required to retainas proof of purchase, the printed coupon given at the time their in-person transaction, or the electronic received by e-mail for a purchase made via the online platform. The presentation of thishis proof of purchase is mandatory for any selected in the prize draw in order to claim their prize.

 

 

DRAW AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE WINNER 

  • The date and time of the winning ticket draw for each draw will be announced on the platform online website (5050.rocketlaval.com) and will be printed on the participant's ticket.

  • The winning number ands detailsu prize drawn will be announced on the platform online online (5050.rocketlaval.com)in the "Winners" tab "Winners" tab, following the draw. It responsibility each participant to verify each draw if they have the winning number.

  • In the event that the advertised (displayed) number and the official winning number do not be official winning number, the latter shall prevail. 

  • The holder of the ticket containing the winning number must claim his or her prize by contacting the Foundation by telephone or e-mail, transmitting his or her purchase e-mail (or presenting proof of his or her printed ticket)and by providinggovernment-issued photo ID. The winning ticket holder will have fourteen (14) business days from the time of announcement to claim the prize. Although the the Foundation may use contact information provided by the winning ticket winning ticket to contact themit remains the winner's sole responsibility to verify their ticket number and contact contact the Foundation to initiate the claim process.   

  • In the event that the person whose ticket is selected has not claimed the prize within fourteen (14) business days, the amount of the prize will be invested in a program of the Canadiens Children's Foundation approved by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

  • The winner will be required to complete a fbefore taking possession of the prize. 

  • Visit amount of the prize to be won (winner's prize)of the main draw percentage prize draw will consist of 50 % of gross receipts from all tickets half-and-half sold at each event. In the event that the advertised (posted) amount and the total amount raised do not matchbe the latter shall prevail. 

  • If a minimum prize amount for a drawing is guaranteed, the online platform website will display this amount as soon sales start.   

  • All winning ticket numbers from prizes lift-remain eligible to draw for the half-and-half prize for which the ticket was purchased. 

  • Thes prices half and half in silver willhave awardedby chequesent by mail within 60 working days following prize claim.  

  • Once claimed, the anyt prize will be coordinated between the winner and a member of the Children's Foundation team. The Canadian Children's Foundation will be responsible for shipping the physical prizes to the winners. to the winners. However, the winner will bebe responsible for cover any taxes and other costs associated import that may be applicable upon receipt oft price. 

  • Thes prices nare not transferable and mustmust be accepteds ass ass without substitutionexcept at the sole discretion of the Foundation.

  • Only the holder of the winning ticket may claim a prize. 

  • The Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation assumes no responsibility for any other person who claims an interest or right to receive the prize or any portion of the prize associated with the winning ticket.  

  • Chances of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.   

  • Tickets are subject to verification by the draw organizers. draw organizers. Fraudulent tickets will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a prize.Raffle tickets will be void if exists proof that the ticket was stolen, unissued, ineligible, altered, counterfeit, defective, printed in duplicate or printed/produced in error. Unauthorized persons who copy, sell or alter tickets are liable to prosecution.

 

 

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued to anyone for any reason. Once the draw numbers on the tickets purchased are entered into the draw, those tickets cannot be refunded, including in cases where the purchaser has made error in selecting the ticket package they wish to purchase. 

  • No official tax receipt will be issued for the purchase of raffle tickets, as required by the Canada Revenue Agency.  

  • If the integrity of a draw is compromised in any way, the Foundation will notify the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (RACJ) and consult with the RACJ on the best way to proceed.proceed. The Foundation must receive approval from the RACJ before cancelling the draw and/or canceling it.'en modify the rules.

  • By participating in this draw, all purchasers of bills agree to: (a) be bound by these draw rules; and (b) release the service provider (Canadian Bank Note), theThe Children's Foundation of Canada, including its Board of Directors and officers, the Laval Rocket de Laval, la Place Bell, l'Aréna des Canadiens, Groupe CH, as well as all sponsors, presenting partners, event promoters, and beneficiary organizations of this draw program, and each of their respective partners, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the owners, employees, officers, members, sponsors and agents of all of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages and liability of any nature whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participation in the draw.   

  • The Foundation administers the draws in good faith and in the best interests of the Foundation.  

  • All entrants, including the winner, release the "Released Parties" from all liability for any damages they may suffer by participating in this draw or by accepting or using their prize.  

  • This draw program is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, and has been licensed by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.All decisions made by the organizers are final and without appeal.  

 

 

PUBLICATION AUTHORIZATION 

  • By participatinga draw, the winners authorize the organizers and their representatives to print, publish or use their name, image, photo, voice, likeness and biographical information for any purpose related to the Foundation and its activities, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes, without financial compensation.
